Gary Kessler has practiced labor and employment and the related areas of business law, protection of trade secrets, and unfair competition, since entering private practice in Atlanta in 1977.

Gary has litigated more than one hundred lawsuits related to labor and employment, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, unfair competition, trade secrets, employment-related tort and contract claims, affirmative action, arbitrations and wage and hour disputes. He also regularly represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and other agencies which regulate employer-employee matters.

He represents a broad variety of clients including employers in finance, banking, technology, textiles, hospitals, long-term health care facilities, temporary employee and employee leasing services, real estate management, manufacturing, insurance, advertising and retail services.

Gary frequently conducts seminars on topics such as Equal Employment Opportunity, Wrongful Discharge, Americans With Disabilities Act, Drafting Employment Policies and Handbooks, Diversity, and Wage and Hour Compliance.

The Florida Bar has Board Certified Gary as a labor and employment law specialist.
